Pick It Up On Saturday
This piece was inspired by Jeffrey Gibson, an incredibly powerful Native American artist.  
​He is Choctaw/Cherokee, like my great grandmother, Lola.

(Untitled) Ceramic Vessel
I had a blast making this piece.  Thank you to Jennifer Shenk from University of Colorado for teaching a coil sculpture class at the Art Students League of Denver.  This piece kind of collapsed while I was making it...a happy mistake.  Clay and slip.  12"x9"x11". 2018.
